1. General

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans of the DigRa Inventory application provided by WebUp. By using our service you accept the terms stated in this document.

2. Free Trial Period

All new users get 15 days of free access to all features with no credit card required. We recommend thoroughly testing the application during this period before purchasing a subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

As this is a digital service (SaaS), refunds are not available after a subscription is activated, except in the following cases:

  • Technical issues caused solely on our side that prevent use of the service for more than 72 hours
  • Double billing or billing error
  • Cases required by applicable consumer protection law
4. Refund Request Process

  • Full name / company name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Payment date and amount

We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees. After cancellation:

  • You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period
  • Your data remains stored for 12 months after the subscription expires
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation
