1. Acceptance of terms

By using the website digrainventory.com and the DigRa Inventory application you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the terms, please stop using our services.

2. Description of service

DigRa Inventory is a SaaS (Software as a Service) application for digital inventory of goods, assets and fixed assets. The service consists of a web administration and a mobile application available for Android and iOS devices.

3. Registration and user account

To use the service you need to create a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your password and login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that take place through your account
4. Free trial period

New users are entitled to 15 days of free use of all application features. After the trial period expires, you must select one of the available packages to continue using the service. No credit card is required to activate the trial period.

5. Pricing and payment

Subscriptions are billed annually according to the selected package. Payment is made via the Stripe payment platform, which ensures secure processing of payment cards. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) excluding VAT.
The number of items and terminals can be additionally expanded for an extra fee, regardless of the selected package.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time without additional charges. After cancellation:

  • You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period
  • Your data remains stored for 12 months after the subscription expires
  • Refunds for unused periods are not available except in cases required by law
7. Changing packages

You may change your package at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately, while a downgrade takes effect at the beginning of the next billing period.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
  • Distribute malicious software through our platform
  • Resell or transfer access to the service to third parties without our consent
  • Overload the system with automated requests
9. Intellectual property

All content, design, code and features of the DigRa Inventory application are the property of WebUp and are protected by copyright. Copying, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited.

10. Your data

Data you enter into the application (product catalogue, inventory results, etc.) is exclusively your property. WebUp does not use your business data for commercial purposes nor shares it with third parties.

11. Service availability

We strive to ensure 24/7 service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for technical maintenance with prior notice to users.

12. Limitation of liability

WebUp is not liable for:

  • Data loss caused by user error
  • Business losses resulting from service unavailability
  • Damages caused by unauthorised third-party access to a user account

WebUp’s total liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid for the current billing period.

13. Termination

WebUp reserves the right to terminate the agreement and deactivate a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The court in Osijek has jurisdiction over all disputes.

15. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification is considered acceptance of the new terms.
